Being Drunk Is The Same As Doing Yoga?

Yoga is known as a relaxing physical and mental discipline that originates from India. It is all about the Yoga positions that improves the body’s flexibility and vitality. Some people can stay in one positions for hours, especially the famous sitting- meditation position, or the Lotus pose that is quite complicated if you are not the soft type. Anyway, recently there have been discovered that these Yoga positions are a lot like drunken positions. Why bother go to Yoga classes when you can get all of that for free by being really drunk. Malasana: Good for ankles and back muscles.
